Changed order of do-loops in mk_base

Modified extractdn to use cTime2System (in library) instead of
OSGetDateAndTime.

Removed osgetdateandtime.f and compiler.f (not needed anymore)

Write3d_bbt and read_hosf8 are not called anywhere
(moved to subdir ./notused)
(write3d_bbt has a bug in it anyway; write3d_bbtt should be used instead)

Removed iReadUCSDn and iProcessUCSDn (moved to subdir ./notused)

Subdir ./fromlib contains all files shared with ipsdt. These are now
all accessible through the forgen library.

Bugfix in ReadVips (cSrc(N) instead of cSrc(NL)

Renamed iReadNagoyan -> iReadNagoyan8
	iProcessNagoyan -> iProcessNagoyan8
	iReadOotyn -> iReadOotyn8
	iProcessOotyn -> iProcessOotyn8
	CopyVtoVDN -> CopyVtoVDN8
