The html files in this directory are templates used for the
IPS forecast web pages. They are read by the IDL procedure
forecast_info.pro, which replaces strings like
'(insert system time here)' by the appropriate times.
The IDL program expects to find the whole string one line,
so DO NOT BREAK THE STRING across two lines.

forecast_info.pro expects to find these files in a
subdirectory html of the directory where forecast_info.pro
itself is located.
