Procedures in $smei/override directory replace similar procedures in IDL or SSW.
If the directory is put first in the IDL path than the 'override' version take
precedence over the IDL and SSW versions.

The subdirectory should NOT be moved into the $smei/idl directory since we do
not want the 'override' directory in SSW (an override procedure for SSW would
cause a conflict in SSW).
